Upanishads
The Upanishads are philosophical texts in Sanskrit, often referred to as Vedanta.
Traditionally, the 108 Upanishads are recognized as a canonical collection. But these 108 represent only the surviving, compiled canon — many more Upanishads once existed, with numerous texts lost to time over centuries.
Today, despite their modest number, the Upanishads continue to inspire seekers with teachings on consciousness, spirituality, self-realization, and higher knowledge.
